BARTENDING SERVICE DISCLOSURE

In accordance with North Carolina state law, Luxe Gallery Superior Concierge Group and/or contracted bartending staff are not licensed to purchase, provide, or resell alcoholic beverages on behalf of clients unless otherwise permitted by a properly licensed venue or vendor.

Clients are solely responsible for:

• purchasing and supplying all alcoholic beverages
• ensuring all alcohol is obtained legally
• complying with all venue and state alcohol regulations

Bartending services provided through Luxe Gallery Superior Concierge Group are for service and coordination purposes only and do not include the sale or furnishing of alcohol.

Luxe Gallery Superior Concierge Group reserves the right to refuse service for any event that violates venue policies or North Carolina alcohol laws.
