BOOKING & RETAINER POLICY

  • A non-refundable coordination retainer is required to begin all luxury lifestyle concierge services.
  • Services are not confirmed until invoice and retainer payment have been received.
  • Remaining balances must be paid prior to scheduled services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Concierge services are customized based on client requests, availability, scheduling, and service complexity.

LUXURY LIFESTYLE SERVICES

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Luxury reservations
  • VIP hospitality experiences
  • Dinner & lounge coordination
  • Travel assistance
  • Transportation coordination
  • Personal shopping assistance
  • Celebration coordination
  • Curated itineraries
  • Lifestyle management assistance
  • Special occasion planning
  • Exclusive experience coordination

ADVANCE NOTICE REQUIREMENT

To ensure proper planning and service coordination, clients are encouraged to submit requests with adequate advance notice whenever possible.

Certain luxury requests, reservations, and accommodations may require additional lead time depending on availability and demand.


LAST-MINUTE SERVICE FEES

The following expedited coordination fees apply for short-notice requests:

  • Requests within 7 days: $150 Rush Coordination Fee
  • Requests within 72 hours: $250 Rush Coordination Fee
  • Same-day or next-day requests: Starting at $400 Rush Coordination Fee

Rush requests are subject to availability and vendor approval.


THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

Luxe Gallery Superior Concierge Group acts solely as a luxury concierge and coordination company. Certain services may involve trusted third-party providers, vendors, venues, transportation companies, restaurants, hospitality partners, or independent contractors.

We do not:

  • own or operate third-party businesses
  • guarantee reservations or availability
  • control third-party pricing changes
  • control vendor performance or venue policies

Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.


CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for:

  • timely communication
  • accurate guest counts and information
  • providing valid identification where required
  • compliance with venue and vendor policies
  • payments owed directly to third-party providers when applicable
  • guest conduct during coordinated services and experiences

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • All retainers and coordination fees are non-refundable.
  • Payments made toward reservations, accommodations, vendor bookings, or specialty services are non-refundable once secured.
  • Date changes and rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Luxe Gallery Superior Concierge Group serves solely as a luxury concierge and coordination company. We are not liable for:

  • reservation issues
  • vendor cancellations
  • denied entry
  • transportation delays
  • weather conditions
  • third-party provider actions
  • injuries, accidents, losses, or damages occurring during coordinated services or experiences
