RELOCATION PACKAGES

BOOKING & RETAINER POLICY

A non-refundable coordination retainer is required to begin all relocation concierge services.
Services are not considered confirmed until invoice and retainer payment have been received.
Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed service timeline prior to completion of services.
Relocation services are customized based on client needs, timeline, location, and requested accommodations.

RELOCATION CONCIERGE SERVICES

Services may include, but are not limited to:

Apartment & home search assistance
Property tour coordination
Move-in coordination
Utility setup assistance
Local area recommendations
Vendor referrals
Lifestyle & hospitality assistance
Temporary stay coordination
Moving coordination support
Personalized relocation assistance

ADVANCE NOTICE REQUIREMENT

To ensure proper planning, scheduling, and vendor coordination, relocation concierge services require a minimum of 60 days advance notice whenever possible.

Relocation requests submitted with less than 60 days notice may be subject to expedited coordination fees and limited availability.

LAST-MINUTE RELOCATION FEES

The following expedited coordination fees apply for short-notice relocation requests:

Relocation requests within 45 days: $150 Rush Coordination Fee
Relocation requests within 30 days: $250 Rush Coordination Fee
Relocation requests within 14 days: Starting at $400 Rush Coordination Fee

Rush requests are subject to scheduling and vendor availability.

THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

Luxe Gallery Superior Concierge Group acts solely as a concierge and coordination company. Certain services may involve trusted third-party vendors, property managers, movers, transportation providers, cleaning companies, or utility providers.

We do not:

own or manage properties
guarantee lease approvals
guarantee pricing or availability
control third-party vendor performance

Vendor pricing and availability may change without notice.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for:

accurate information provided during coordination
timely communication
submitting required documentation to third parties
lease applications and approvals
payments owed directly to third-party providers
securing personal belongings during relocation

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All retainers and coordination fees are non-refundable.
Payments made toward confirmed reservations, bookings, or third-party vendor services are non-refundable once secured.
Date changes and relocation timeline adjustments are subject to availability.

LUXE Gallery Superior Concierge Group will always attempt to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee availability on short notice.
