BOOKING & RETAINER POLICY

• A non-refundable coordination retainer is required to secure all VIP nightlife and concierge experience bookings.
• Services are not confirmed until invoice and retainer payment have been received.
• Remaining balances must be paid prior to scheduled services unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Pricing, availability, and accommodations are subject to change until booking is officially secured.

LAST-MINUTE BOOKING FEES

To accommodate expedited coordination, vendor communication, and availability adjustments, the following rush coordination fees apply:

• Bookings made within 7 days of event date: $150 Rush Coordination Fee
• Bookings made within 72 hours of event date: $250 Rush Coordination Fee
• Same-day or next-day requests: Starting at $400 Rush Coordination Fee

Rush requests are subject to vendor and scheduling availability.
