Private Events, and Celebrations Booking Policy
BOOKING & DEPOSITS
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all event dates and services.
- Events are not considered booked until deposit invoice has been paid.
- Remaining balances must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Final guest counts, event details, and service confirmations must be submitted prior to final payment deadline.
To maintain quality, coordination, and vendor availability, the following last-minute coordination fees apply:
- Events booked within 14 days of the event date: $150 Rush Coordination Fee
- Events booked within 7 days of the event date: $250 Rush Coordination Fee
- Events booked within 72 hours of the event date: Starting at $400 Rush Coordination Fee
Availability cannot be guaranteed for last-minute requests.
All prices listed are coordination fees only.
Clients pay LUXE Gallery Superior Concierge Group directly.
Remaining balance will be quoted after vendor pricing is confirmed.
