Liability Disclaimer & Terms of Service

LUXE Gallery Superior Concierge Group provides concierge, booking, and coordination services only.

We arrange services through independent vendors, venues, contractors, and third-party providers.

LUXE Gallery Superior Concierge Group does not own, operate, or control all services provided and cannot guarantee the performance, safety, or availability of any third-party service.

By booking through LUXE Gallery Superior Concierge Group, the client understands and agrees that all services are arranged on the client’s behalf and at the client’s own risk.

LUXE Gallery Superior Concierge Group shall not be held liable for any of the following:

    •    Vendor cancellations or delays

    •    Changes in pricing or availability

    •    Injuries, accidents, or damages

    •    Lost, stolen, or damaged property

    •    Venue policies or decisions

    •    Transportation incidents

    •    Actions of third-party providers

    •    Weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances

    •    Failure of vendors to perform services

All services are subject to vendor approval and availability.


Payment & Booking Responsibility

All payments made to LUXE Gallery Superior Concierge Group include coordination fees and may include vendor payments depending on the service.

Once booking coordination has begun, all fees are non-refundable.

Client agrees to pay any remaining balance required after final quote is provided.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.


Third-Party Service Agreement

Client understands that LUXE Gallery Superior Concierge Group acts only as an intermediary between the client and service providers.

Any disputes regarding service quality, performance, or incidents must be handled with the vendor providing the service.

LUXE Gallery Superior Concierge Group is not responsible for vendor conduct.


Right to Refuse Service

LUXE Gallery Superior Concierge Group reserves the right to refuse or cancel services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

    •    Safety concerns

    •    Non-payment

    •    Harassment or inappropriate behavior

    •    Vendor refusal

    •    Policy violations


Agreement

By booking services, the client agrees to all terms listed above.



Quotes & Reservation Policy

All quotes are provided via email after service details are confirmed.

Quotes are based on vendor availability, event date, location, and requested services, and may change until booking is secured.

A booking is not confirmed or reserved until an invoice has been sent and the required deposit has been paid.

LUXE Gallery Superior Concierge Group does not hold dates, vendors, or reservations without a paid deposit.

Failure to submit deposit payment may result in loss of availability or price changes.


Deposit Requirement

An invoice will be sent for all bookings.

Services will only be secured after the required deposit is received.

Deposit amounts may vary depending on the service requested.

Remaining balance must be paid by the due date listed on the invoice.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services without refund.
